Substantial Benefits of Rental House to be improved
The rental house with deposit money is failing to accomplish its original objectives due to unreasonable conditions. The system is supported by the government for the indigent class in the city to live in a rental house with low deposit money and monthly rent. It commenced in 2005 in anticipation of a great contribution to stabilizing housing for the homeless masses in the city.

Moreover, from the time of selection, if the recipient cannot find a rental house within two months, he will then be ineligible. It is understandable where the complaint of ‘an unrealistic system’ has come from.
If the application cannot be properly conducted in the real field, no system is useful. The government should heed the voice of discomfort and dissatisfaction and devise a measure for each case to revitalize the original objectives. It is also desirable to delegate the power of the matter to the competent authorities that are completely aware of the inside stories of the inhabitants. The active volition in improvement of the government is demanded.
