Who Would be Really Bad President?

In connection with President Roh Moo Hyun suggesting a reform bill, battles over a ¡®bad president¡¯ is a hot issue in the political field.
Just after the president announced a reform bill on January 9, former representative of Hanara political party Park Geun-hae said, ¡°He is such a bad president. The only thing the president can see is election.¡± In response to the criticism by Park, Cheonghwadae and the Yeol-rin-woori political party have brought out the Constitution of Revitalizing Reform of former president Park Jeong Hee, and have staged a fierce rally against Park Geun-hae.
Roh had lunch with ministers from four ministries on January 10 and said, ¡°A bad president is one who revises for one¡¯s own sake. This revision is not for my sake, it is for future presidents."
Presidential public-opinion secretary Jo Yong-hue left a message on the Cheonghwadae website using former President Park as an example, saying, ¡®A bad president is one who amends a law to extend the term in office, reforms to perpetuate dictatorship and proceeds with kidnapping and violence. It is a bad revision and he is the bad president.¡±
Yeol-rin-woori spokesperson Woo Sang Ho added criticism of former President Park on the same day through a briefing and stated, ¡°The real bad person is someone who tries to pass three revised bills by force or someone who establishes the Constitution of Revitalizing Reform to plan protracted political power.¡±
On the other hand, Hannara party thinks the former representative recorded somewhat near the top with her remarks, giving a positive evaluation.
Promotion and planning chief Shim Jae Chul flattered Park and said, ¡°Out of all the reactions made by top-ranking candidates of Hannara, Park¡¯s reaction was very good. ¡®Very bad president¡¯ sounds very simple, but it still affects many people.¡±
