New logos and brand images of local construction companies

To enhance branding, local construction companies try to reshape their logos and brand images. It seems that most Busan-based construction companies have already started or will start aggressive movement for their new company logos and brand images.
According to a source in the local construction sector, one of the local middle-sized construction companies, ILSHIN, that substituted its old company image with a new one in October 2005, is now using its new logo ¡®Yard of Aileen¡¯ on its apartment complexes. The apartment complex focuses on promoting residential life by illuminating beautiful and intellectual ladies linked with the front yard of Aileen. ILSHIN will extend its Busan and Kyoungnam district construction business nationwide after releasing its new brand image.
Another middle-sized construction company, Bando Construction, replaced its existing brand, Boravil, with U-Bora last month in the process of building apartment complexes in Gimpo and Janggi in Kyounggi-do. A source from the company explains that U-Bora symbolizes total residencial room with animating life styles, and the letter ¡°U¡± stands for Ubiquitous, Universe, Youth, and Upper Class.
Lotte Construction Company also recently redesigned its logos, using them officially since last November. A source said that the new logo keeps its existing frame, but is adds a dynamic and strong image.
