Five Star Hotels in Busan Hectic for Lunar New Year
Five-star hotels in Busan are offering lunar New Year’s season package deals. The Westin Chosun Hotel has a 12-day target for packages for the lunar the New Year’s holiday season, available from Jan. 23 until Feb. 3. For those who plan a special holiday trip with their family or for husbands wishing to give their wives an unforgettable present before facing the New Year’s hard burdens of tough work, this package would be a good opportunity.
The package includes a free pass system where customers can exercise in the fitness center or enjoy swimming in the pool that overlooks Haeundae beach. It also offers customers a 10% discount coupon during the package season.
Haeundae Grand hotel plans to offer its New Year’s packages from Jan. 25 until Feb. 5, providing a wide range of benefits, such as a special breakfast menu plus free derduckgook (soup) and free sauna. In addition, in the event a customer wishes to conduct an ancestor-memorial ceremony while staying at the hotel, the hotel prepares food and other necessities for it. The costs range from 100,000~130,000 won (exclusive of tax and service charge).
Hotel Nongshim Hushimchung has a plan for spa-discount events from Feb. 6 until Feb. 11 for adult females wishing to relieve the stress of household chores and preparations for the New Year’s holiday. The Marriott Hotel is also promoting a New Year’s package, including breakfast buffet for two and a 30% discount coupon for Busan Aquarium, from Jan. 26 to 31.
