Special New Year's Events for Movie Goers
Theaters across town are hosting a number of New Year's events. Cinemas currently in great demand have prepared events in appreciation of customers, and offer playing yut and New Year's card games.
Lotte Cinema Busan presents a gift named Fun World in the Year of the Dog to cinema audiences. From 12 o'clock January 1st next year, ticket buyers will be thrilled with luminous cell-phone rings in a dog shape, free popcorn coupons, and vouchers for instigating and predicting marital harmony.
Primus Asiad will begin a New Year's card delivery service for 200 midnight moviegoers in FCFS condition on December 31st. The cards will be sent to addressees along with popcorn coupons after customers write on the cards and put them into the entry box.
Busan Theater holds a premium festival until January 15th. When tickets are issued, the entry tickets will also be used to draw lucky numbers that will receive digital cameras, MP3players, and book coupons at Nampo Bookstore. Winners will be announced on January 25th.
Daeyoung Cinema discounts admission to 3,500 won on movies that will be screened on January 1st when an LG credit card is used through the Internet advanced purchase site, Maxmovie (www.maxmovie.com). The service allows one more person along with the ticket holder and advance purchase should be completed by 6 o'clock in the morning on January 1st.
In addition, CGV Seomyun will live broadcast 'Psy Concert' for entry winners on December 31st at 10 PM.
