Military Medical System Needs to be Changed.

There are many problems in the military medical system, such as out-of-date medical equipment and facilities, and lack of specialists. What is worse, the system is rotten. When the parents of Mr. Noh requested the military to show a copy of the records, they added contents saying, "A malignant tumor was found, they needed to explain it to the patient." The Ministry of National Defense has no excuse not only because they said, "the military medical center took a moderate step about the patient," but also because the army surgeon, immorally manipulated the check-up records. The problems of medical facilities and equipment have not just happened recently in the military. Even when a soldier catches a cold, he wants to go to a private hospital instead of a military hospital.
