Even businessmen don't know about "Free Economic Zone"

Two years ago, the government intended to promote the Busan and Jinhae area as a logistics center for northeast Asia, and they designated the areas as the Busan Jinhae Free Economic Zone. 80% of businessmen don't know what BJFEZ is. The name itself is not familiar to half of businessmen. It is so uneasy and absurd.
The government department administering BJFEZ prepared seminars and meetings for policy announcements, but they were "their own parties".
Because they didn't broadcast widely, BJFEZ is not well known to people. The policy for BJFEZ was not well designed from the viewpoint of real constituents, businessmen.
The first task of those in charge of BJFEZ is to compose a "New Port and logistics complex" and "industrial development areas". In reality, there is only one business out of ten, which wants to enter one of the areas under development in the New Port Logistics Complex, Jisa Science Industrial Complex, and Whajun Industrial Complex. The results of the survey prove that they made some mistakes. The building sites are not yet settled for some businesses to enter the areas. It is said that they may take on some burdens in investment, even if they believe the "rosy prospects" of the government department.
There are some competing cities that also want to create northeast Asia-based logistics centers. Shanghai is a competitive city among them. The city is willing to go ahead of Busan.
The authorities concerned are short of time. They should try harder than ever before to develop businesses for BJFEZ. Their marketing strategy only for attracting foreign companies should be changed to that of attracting domestic companies. They should listen to the voices of some businessmen, who say that combined investment of both a domestic company and a domestic small company or joint investment of both a domestic company and a foreign company is better than direct foreign investment. An alternative plan is to attract large-scale investment of domestic corporations.
